Hello all!

I am thrilled and privileged to be your Science teacher this year! I am a graduate of ECU and have worked with students of all ages (preschool through high school). But, I've found that I especially enjoy working with middle school students.

My family and I moved to the Crystal Coast five years ago and we love this area immensely! My husband, George, is also a science teacher at Croatan High School. We have two daughters: my eldest is married and my youngest has started her junior year of college at UNCW, and she is an education major. Our family wouldn't be complete, of course, without animals. We have two cats and two bearded dragons. Do you have any pets? If, so, I'd love to hear about them.

I am originally from Santa Cruz, CA. But, I have traveled much! I've lived in Toronto, CA and England, and I've lived in several other states along the East Coast. Of the many places I've traveled, I can say, however, that I'm glad to call the Crystal Coast of Carteret County home!
